Message the bot
You’re already in Discord — that’s the most direct way to reach us. DM the Dice Party bot, or @-mention it in any channel it can see. Every message comes straight to us; no ticket to file, no form to fill out.
- DM the bot directly, any time.
- @-mention the bot in any channel it’s in.
Join the support server
We run a Discord server for bug reports, feature ideas, and GM chat. Come hang out.
Join the support serverIf your recap never arrives
Recording and the write-up are two separate steps. The moment /record runs, your session is captured and safe — that part never waits on anything else.
The write-up happens after the session ends, and it runs once there are credits on the account. If the balance runs out, the session sits there, unwritten but never lost, until credits are added.
Add credits on the billing pageWhat the bot needs to work
If a recap never showed up because the bot went quiet, it’s almost always a permissions issue in that Discord server. For everything to work, the bot needs to be able to:
- See the channel, so it can find the voice channel to join.
- Post in the channel, so the recap has somewhere to land.
- Join and speak in voice channels, so it can record the table and announce when recording starts.
- Use slash commands, including from inside threads, so
/recordand/stopwork wherever the table plays.
Can I download the audio?
Not at this time. We use your recordings to write your notes, and the notes are what you keep.
